Managed Services Sync

Description

Overview of Vendor Requirements:

1. The managed service provider needs to manage cases created from different system. 
2. The number of agents cannot be increased. 
3. The agents need not learn the new system rather they continue using their current system and manage all the clients.
4. Ability to bring in new clients without the need for adding addtional agents.
5. Sync should happen automatically between the systems.
6. Appropriate messages are sent or escalated when potential problems found.
